Why This Exists

I'm not a developer. I'm a clinician with 20 years in paediatric OT who learned to build because the tools available weren't built for practices like mine.

Hand in Hand OT Centre runs a fully private, locally-hosted AI documentation stack that I built myself, on my own hardware, starting from zero in Jan 2026 while I still owned the clinic. I remain involved part-time, continuing to support and improve it. I've documented every step publicly on LinkedIn.
